Aquarium Co-Op Multi-Test Strips
Sold in-store only. Visit us at 1885 Braselton Hwy, Suite D, Lawrenceville, GA.
Aquarium Co-Op Multi-Test Strips let you check the most important parameters in your freshwater aquarium in about 60 seconds, no liquid reagents or mixing required. Each strip reads six values at once so you can stay on top of your water chemistry during cycling, routine maintenance, or troubleshooting. Pair them with the rest of our water testing kits and water care.
What They Test
Each strip checks six parameters at once for freshwater aquariums:
- pH and KH (carbonate hardness / buffer)
- GH (general hardness)
- Nitrate and Nitrite
- Chlorine
How to Use
Dip a strip into your aquarium water for about one second and remove it. Hold it flat and read the results against the color chart stored inside the bottle: check GH, KH, pH, and Chlorine at 15 seconds, then read Nitrate and Nitrite at 60 seconds. For the most accurate readings, compare exactly at the listed times, keep the cap sealed, and store the strips in a cool, dry place since humidity can affect them.

FAQ
How accurate are they?
Very accurate for quick monitoring when used correctly. Compare the pads at the listed times, keep the bottle sealed, and store the strips dry, since humidity is the main cause of off readings.
Do they test ammonia?
No. These strips cover pH, KH, GH, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Chlorine. For ammonia, use a dedicated ammonia test.
Can I use them in saltwater?
They are designed and calibrated for freshwater aquariums. For reef and marine systems, use a saltwater-specific test kit.
How many tests do I get?
Choose the 25-strip bottle for occasional checks or the 200-strip bottle for frequent testing and multiple tanks.
