African cichlids such as peacocks (Aulonocara), mbuna, haplochromis, and frontosa show their best color on it, and it works just as well for New World and Central American cichlids. The slow-sinking 1.5mm pellet suits top and mid-water feeders and is small enough for juveniles and smaller mouths.
Feeding
