Great For

Cichlid PeeWee is made for freshwater cichlids of all kinds. African cichlids such as peacocks (Aulonocara), mbuna, haplochromis, and frontosa show their best color on it, and it works just as well for New World and Central American cichlids. The slow-sinking 1.5mm pellet suits top and mid-water feeders and is small enough for juveniles and smaller mouths.

Feeding

Feed two to three times daily, offering only what your fish will finish in a couple of minutes. The slow-sinking pellets give surface and mid-water feeders time to eat. Remove any uneaten food to keep water quality high.

FAQ

What fish is Cichlid PeeWee for?
Freshwater cichlids of all kinds, including African peacocks, mbuna, and haps as well as New World and Central American cichlids.

Do the pellets sink?
They are slow-sinking, so surface and mid-water feeders have time to eat as the pellets drift down.

Are they small enough for juveniles?
Yes. The 1.5mm pellet is small enough for juveniles and smaller mouths while still satisfying adult cichlids.

Does it really improve color?
Krill and spirulina are naturally rich in pigments, so regular feeding helps bring out vivid reds, blues, and yellows.
