Setup
- Install 3 AA alkaline batteries (not included).
- Choose the auger that suits your food: flakes, crisps, pellets or sticks.
- Clamp the feeder to the tank, or set it in the cradle, with the outlet over open water.
- Fill the hopper and program your feeding times and portions.
- Press manual feed to check the portion, and run it for a few days before a trip so you can adjust it.

How long will it run while I'm away?
That depends on your portion size and number of feedings, but the 450 ml hopper holds enough for long trips. Test it for a few days first and check how much food it uses.
Will it feed flakes?
Yes. Use the flake auger. It also has augers for crisps, pellets and sticks.
Are batteries included?
No. The AutoFeeder MAX takes 3 AA alkaline batteries and the Everyday AutoFeeder takes 2 AA.
