Bulldawg Reef Juice NO3 & PO4 Eliminator | Nitrate & Phosphate Reducer
Bulldawg Reef Juice NO3 & PO4 Eliminator is a reef-safe nutrient reducer designed to lower nitrate (NO3) and phosphate (PO4) in saltwater reef aquariums. Elevated nutrients are the #1 driver of nuisance algae, dull coral coloration, and stalled growth — this product helps shift the balance back to the low-nutrient, high-color conditions corals love. Dose regularly to bring NO3 and PO4 down gradually without crashing the system.
Local Georgia brand. Bulldawg is a Georgia-based reef supplement brand, and so are we — by stocking Bulldawg you're supporting a small local business right here in GA, and so are we. Same state, same hobby, same goal: healthy reef tanks.
Available in 8 oz and 16 oz bottles — please select your preferred size from the variant options above.
Pickup Only — In-Store Only: This product is available for in-store pickup at Squeaky's Aquatics, 1885 Braselton Hwy, Suite D, Lawrenceville GA. Please contact us before traveling to confirm availability.

- Reduces NO3 and PO4 — targets the two key nutrients that fuel nuisance algae and stress corals
- Reef-safe — won't harm corals, inverts, or fish at the recommended dose
- Gentle and gradual — designed to bring nutrients down without crashing the system
- Made in Georgia — supports a local small business; same state as Squeaky's Aquatics
- Easy to dose — liquid format, no powders to dissolve
- Saltwater reef use only
- Always test first. Measure NO3 and PO4 with a quality test kit before dosing — and re-test every few days during treatment to track progress.
- Start low, go slow. Follow the dosage on the bottle. Begin at the lower end of the recommended dose and increase gradually based on test results.
- Where to dose: Pour into a high-flow area or into the sump/refugium for even distribution.
- Skimmer: Keep the protein skimmer running — it helps pull out the bacterial biomass and bound nutrients.
- Aim for stability: The goal is steady, low parameters (NO3 around 1–5 ppm, PO4 around 0.03–0.05 ppm in most reefs). Don't chase zero — corals need a small amount of nutrients to color up.
- Storage: Store tightly capped at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Shake before each use.

How does it lower NO3 and PO4?
It supports the natural nitrogen and phosphorus cycles by feeding the beneficial bacteria that consume these nutrients. As bacterial biomass grows, it gets pulled out by your skimmer — taking bound NO3 and PO4 with it.
Is it safe for corals and inverts?
Yes — at the recommended dose it is reef-safe. As with any new additive, observe sensitive species closely the first few doses and ramp up gradually.
How fast will I see results?
Expect to see measurable changes in 1–3 weeks of consistent dosing, depending on starting nutrient levels and tank size. Avoid dosing aggressively to "speed it up" — sudden swings stress corals more than slightly elevated nutrients.
Why is it from Georgia?
Bulldawg is a Georgia-based reef brand. We're a Georgia store, so stocking a local brand keeps dollars in the state and keeps the supply chain short. It also means fast restocks for us when something is hot.
Should I aim for zero NO3 and PO4?
No — corals need a small amount of nutrients to maintain color and tissue. Most healthy reefs sit around 1–5 ppm NO3 and 0.03–0.05 ppm PO4. "Ultra low nutrient" can stress corals and bleach them.
