Product description

Genuine replacement fleece for the N-Clear Nano Automatic Fleece Roller Filter. Each pack holds two 82 ft (25 m) rolls of high density fleece, cut to the 1.61 in (4.1 cm) width the Nano feed shaft is built around. Browse the rest of our filter media and cartridges.

Two rolls per pack. Nature Dimensions rates a single roll at roughly 3 to 6 weeks of service, so one pack covers most nano tanks for several months of hands off mechanical filtration.

Features

Fine Particle CaptureTraps fine particulate and organic waste before it breaks down in the water column.
Built for the N-Clear NanoMade specifically for N-Clear Nano roller filters, so the roll feeds and winds correctly.
82 ft (25 m) Per RollLong, high density fleece roll stretches out the interval between changes.
FDA Food Grade MaterialIndependently tested by a certified third party lab to U.S. FDA food contact standard 21 CFR 177.1630.
Why genuine fleece matters. Nature Dimensions warns against third party rolls. Differences in roll length, width and thickness change the load the take up motor has to pull against, and an improper roll can damage the motor and body. Damage caused that way is not covered under the filter's warranty.

FAQ

How long does one roll last?
Nature Dimensions rates a roll at roughly 3 to 6 weeks. Tank size, bioload, flow rate and the height you set the optical sensor at all change that figure.

Does this fit the M size N-Clear filter?
No. These are Nano rolls, cut to the 1.61 in (4.1 cm) Nano width. The larger N-Clear M filter uses its own M fleece rolls.

Can I cut down a wider aftermarket roll to fit?
We would not. Nature Dimensions specifically warns that rolls differing in length, width or thickness can damage the motor and body, and that damage is not covered under warranty.

Is it safe for reef tanks?
Yes. The fleece is FDA food grade material and the N-Clear Nano is rated for both freshwater and saltwater use.
