Feeding and Preparation

Super Green arrives as a dry powder that you cook into a firm gel:

1. Measure 1 part powder to 2 or 3 parts water. More water gives a softer gel, less gives a firmer one.
2. Bring the water to a boil, pour it over the powder, and stir right away until smooth.
3. Pour into a mold or shallow dish and let it set at room temperature, about 20 to 30 minutes. No refrigeration is needed for it to gel.
4. Cut into portions and feed only what your livestock clears in a few minutes.

Treat the prepared gel as fresh food. Seal and refrigerate it for up to two weeks, or freeze it for up to six months. Feed once or twice daily and remove anything left uneaten.
