How to use it

1. Attach the Grazing Station to the inside of your aquarium glass or rim.
2. Position it so the water surface lines up with the arrow marker on the unit.
3. Drop a single 8mm Vitalis Grazing Pellet (Marine or Tropical) down the chute.
4. The pellet settles into the basket at the base — fish and inverts will discover and start grazing within minutes.
5. Once the pellet is finished or fully softened, rinse the basket and add another.

Does the Grazing Station come with pellets?
No — this listing is for the Grazing Station feeder only. Vitalis 8mm Grazing Pellets (Marine or Tropical) are sold separately.

Will it work in a freshwater tank?
Yes. The same station works in tropical freshwater tanks (use Tropical Grazing Pellets) or marine/reef tanks (use Marine Grazing Pellets).

How long does one pellet last?
The 8mm pellet softens slowly over several hours. Active herbivores like tangs may finish one in a single grazing session; quieter community tanks can stretch a pellet across most of a day.

Is it reef-safe?
Yes — the feeder is inert plastic and the pellets are formulated for reef tanks when using the Marine variant.

Where do I mount it?
On the inside of the aquarium so the water surface lines up with the arrow marker on the unit. Pick a spot with decent flow nearby but not blasting the basket — fish need to see and reach the pellet.
