ATI ICP Element Calcium - 1000 mL
ATI ICP Element Calcium is a high-purity, single-element calcium solution for precisely adjusting calcium levels in reef aquariums. It is part of ATI's revised ICP Elements line, developed and tested in the ATI Lab in Germany, and ATI designs it both for correcting an acute deficiency and for maintaining the daily supply. Why calcium matters
- Skeletal integrity: Calcium is a primary building block for stony corals and coralline algae; low levels lead to soft or deformed skeletons in LPS and SPS.
- Coral vitality: A deficiency often shows as poor polyp extension and pale color.
- Growth: Too little calcium noticeably slows the growth of fast-growing reef animals.
Common causes of a deficiency (per ATI): high demand in mature SPS and LPS systems, too little daily dosing, or equipment problems such as a failed dosing pump or a clogged line.

- Standard dose: 1 mL per 100 L (26 gal) raises calcium by 2 mg/L
- Safe daily limit: raise calcium by no more than 40 mg/L per day (20 mL per 100 L)
- Dose to a current ICP analysis and correct only a measured deficiency, then retest
