ATI ICP Element Cobalt - 150 mL

Why cobalt matters
- Fish vitality: Cobalt is part of vitamin B12, which fish need to form red blood cells.
- Photosynthesis and color: Supports the metabolic pathways behind strong coral color; a deficiency often means paler corals.
- Tissue and growth: Low cobalt can lead to thinner coral tissue and slower growth.
Common causes of a deficiency (per ATI): mainly low concentrations in standard salt mixes and a lack of regular trace-element dosing.

- Contents: one bottle holds 60,000 µg of cobalt
- Standard dose: 1 mL per 100 L (26 gal) raises cobalt by 4 µg/L
- Safe daily limit: raise cobalt by no more than 0.4 µg/L per day (0.1 mL per 100 L)
- Dose to a current ICP analysis and correct only a measured deficiency, then retest
