Frequently Asked Questions

Does it ship?
No. Frozen foods are in-store pickup only. We keep them frozen until you arrive to pick them up.

How much should I feed?
Feed once or twice daily, only what your fish finish in a few minutes, to keep water quality high.

Do I need to thaw it first?
You can drop cubes straight in, but thawing a portion in a little tank water first reduces mess and helps smaller fish.
