Neptune Systems 2-Month Trident NP Reagent Kit
Two months of automated nitrate and phosphate testing. The Neptune Systems 2-Month Trident NP Reagent Kit is the replacement reagent set for the Trident NP Nitrate and Phosphate Tester. Each bottle is labeled with the color of the pickup tube it connects to, so reagent changes are quick and hard to get wrong.
How Long It Lasts
On the Trident NP's default testing schedule of one nitrate and one phosphate test per day, one kit lasts about 2 months. Neptune Systems rates the kit for at least 60 tests of each.
What's Included
- 1 x Reagent 1 (NO3, purple label, connects to the purple pickup tube)
- 1 x Reagent 2 (NO3, orange label, connects to the orange pickup tube)
- 1 set Reagent 3 for PO4: Reagent 3a (gray label, connects to the gray pickup tube) and Reagent 3b (mixed into 3a)
- 1 x Waste Neutralizer (fill with water and shake well)
- 1 x Calibration Solution (do not open until you are ready to calibrate; once opened it is accurate for 8 hours)
Waste Container Required
A Trident NP Waste Container, or another container made of HDPE Class 2 plastic or glass, is required for the waste line. It is not included and is sold separately.

FAQ
Does this work without a Trident NP?
No. These reagents are made for the Neptune Trident NP, which runs on an Apex system. They are not a standalone test kit.
Does it work in the original Trident (Alk, Ca, Mg)?
No. The original Trident uses the Trident ACM reagent kit. This kit is for the Trident NP only.
Do I need anything else?
Yes, a waste container made of HDPE Class 2 plastic or glass, such as the Trident NP Waste Container. It is sold separately.
Why ground shipping only?
The reagent chemicals have to stay upright and can only travel by ground service within the contiguous 48 states.
