The Pro Clear RedFlex 4-in-1 is a convertible sump in a modern red and white acrylic design that can be switched between saltwater and freshwater use. It can run as a wet/dry, a Berlin sump, a refugium, or with a chemical media cartridge, which is where the "4-in-1" name comes from.

Flexible by design. Water enters through two overflow ports into Pro Clear's proprietary bubble diffusers, then passes through 4 in, 200-micron filter socks. An overflow panel lets water escape into the sump if the socks ever clog.

How It Works

From the skimmer chamber, water flows into the chemical media canal. An adjustable flow gate then sends it either through the refugium or straight into the return compartment. The refugium is closed off by a removable panel that can be taken out to let water pass to the return area, and it has a built-in frag rack with two position options.

What's Included

Flexible hoses, 4 in micron filter socks and the foam block sponge. Chemical Media Cartridges are optional and sold separately. Pro Clear's instructions call for a separate wet/dry bio-media kit if you set it up as a wet/dry.
