Two Little Fishies MagFeeder Magnetic Feeding Ring

The Two Little Fishies MagFeeder is a magnetically coupled feeding point that sticks to the inside of the glass and holds food in one place. The floating ring keeps pellets, flake and powdered foods from drifting off across the surface and down the overflow, so the fish actually eat what you put in instead of the sump getting the better half of it. Features

• Keeps floating food where you want it. The ring corrals pellets, flakes (including Two Little Fishies SeaVeggies Seaweed Flakes), powdered invertebrate foods and anything an automatic feeder drops in, so it does not reach the overflow.
• Magnetic mount. The inner assembly couples to a TLF logo magnet that sits outside the glass. Rated for aquariums up to 3/4 inch thick.
• Jointed arm. The links let you set the ring at different distances from the wall rather than being stuck flat against the glass.
• It floats if it comes loose. The whole wet assembly floats when uncoupled, so a knock does not mean fishing it out of the rockwork.
• Takes more than the ring. The bottom stem pops out of the socket so you can swap in other feeding devices. Fit the included TLF button to hold disc-shaped preparations such as New Era Marine Grazer, or clip a SeaVeggies floating clip to the mount to make a VeggieMag.

How to Use

1. Drop the stem of the pivot link into the socket hole on the mount, then clip the feeder ring onto the link.
2. Hold the wet assembly inside the tank where you want to feed and bring the logo magnet up to it on the outside of the glass.
3. Flex the jointed links to set how far the ring sits from the wall, clear of the overflow.
4. Feed into the ring. To switch to a disc food, pull the stem out of the socket and fit the TLF button instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it hold on my tank?
It is rated to 3/4 inch glass. Thicker than that and the magnets will not couple reliably.

What is the difference between this and the VeggieMag?
Same magnet system, different business end. The MagFeeder carries a ring for loose food, the VeggieMag carries a clip for sheet seaweed. The MagFeeder mount will take a SeaVeggies clip as well, so it does both.

Can I use it with an auto feeder?
Yes, that is one of the things it is designed for. Position the ring under where the feeder drops and it keeps the food from scattering.

What happens if it falls off?
The wet assembly floats, so it comes up to the surface rather than sinking into the rocks.
