How to Feed

KatsAquatics prints its feeding panel on the jar, so follow that as your guide. In practice, with any sinking wafer:

• Drop it in after lights out. Plecos and loaches are more comfortable feeding in the dark, and it keeps faster mid-water fish from stealing it.
• Feed what the tank clears in a few hours and pull anything left, so leftovers are not sitting in the substrate.
• Give a wafer a spot with some flow nearby but not in the current, so it stays put where the fish can work on it.
• Keep the jar closed and dry. Low-temperature dehydrated food keeps best away from humidity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it actually contain wood?
Yes. Oak powder is in the ingredient list and the label states it is made with real wood. That matters for the wood-rasping plecos that need rough, fibrous material moving through them.

Is this a vegetarian food?
No. The greens lead, but fish meal and egg are in the ingredients, so it is not a plant-only wafer.

Will my shrimp and snails eat it?
