How to Use

1. Rinse the thermometer in tank water.

FAQ

Will it tip over? The weighted base keeps it upright on sand or gravel. On a bare-bottom tank, set it against the glass in a corner.

Can burrowing fish knock it down? Diggers and large fish can. Place it where they do not work the substrate, or switch to the suction-cup GT-001.

What if it breaks? Remove every piece of glass right away and do a partial water change.

Does it work in a reef tank? Yes. It is safe in saltwater; just rinse off coralline now and then so the scale stays readable.
