Loc-Line 3/4" Nozzles snap onto the end of a 3/4" Loc-Line return line and let you aim flow exactly where your tank needs it. Sold as individual nozzles in three styles: a focused 5/8" round tip, a full-bore 3/4" round tip, and a 3" flare that fans water into a wide, gentle sheet. Pair them with Loc-Line In-Line Valves and NPT Connectors & Valves to build a return that fits your aquascape instead of fighting it.
Why Loc-Line
Loc-Line is the original modular hose system, made in the USA by Lockwood Products since 1983. Every piece is molded from premium acetal copolymer that shrugs off salt water, so it is just as happy on a reef return as on a freshwater sump. The ball-and-socket joints snap together, hold their aim without spring-back, and re-position in seconds when you rework the flow in your tank.

How to Install
- Snap the nozzle onto the last ball of any 3/4" Loc-Line segment. A firm push seats it; our Loc-Line Assembly Pliers make assembly and removal much easier on the hands.
- Bend the run to aim the flow. Joints hold position without drooping, even with the pump running.
- Re-aim anytime: point flow across the surface for gas exchange, or lower to keep detritus suspended for the filter to catch.
- Sizes do not interchange. These fit the 3/4" system only, so check your segment size before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which nozzle should I pick? Use the 5/8" round for a faster, focused stream, the full 3/4" round for maximum volume with the least restriction, and the 3" flare for a wide, gentle sheet of surface flow. Many reefers mix them: a flare at the surface for gas exchange and a round nozzle aimed lower for circulation.
Will these fit my existing return? They fit the 3/4" Loc-Line system and compatible 3/4" modular fittings. The smaller 1/2" system will not snap together with these, so measure or check your segment size first.
Are they reef safe? Yes. Acetal copolymer is resistant to salt water, which is why Loc-Line is the de facto return fitting in the reef hobby.
How many do I need? One per return outlet. If you are splitting one return into two streams, grab a wye and a second nozzle, plus an in-line valve per branch to balance them.
